Jinjang Cannosian Convent Sisters - to give alms to poor and needy children and families living in rumah panjang around Jinjang, KL.

We are proud to be associated with the Soroptomist Club of Bangsar and on 2 August 2008, we held a Ballroom In Line evening at The Royal Lake Club, Kuala Lumpur.  Together we raised funds for the Pusat Sinar Harapan, a handicap center for the Orang Asli, Janda Baik, Pahang.

GIVE A CHILD A TEDDY BEAR HUG

19.04.08 FS collected 20 large bags of toys in various forms and contributed them to Rakan IJN, National Dear and Mute Society, Ti-Ratana, Educare Klang.  Cash donation was also collected for Rakan IJN.

 Book Month (April 09)

Dear Friends, Thank you too for your thoughfullness in sharing Book Month.  We are pleased to inform you that the books were collected by Kusus Aman, a Catholic Church.  Timely there is a reach out programme for the Myanmar Refugees in Jln Alor and Setapak, Kuala Lumpuyr.

2008, books collected were donated to Pusat Serenti Tiang Dua Melaka.

Year 2007 

20.12.07 Visited 2 Orphanages – Glad Tidings Rumah Juara, PJ and Philea Home, Kapar and donated groceries and games for the children.

24.11.07 The Society For The Severely Mentally Handicapped, Selangor & FT.  FS made a donation and dance performance at their family day

25.08.07 Rock This Party - FS made a donation to the Malaysian Parkinson Disease Association, supported by the Interact Club of SMK Desa Hartamas, Kuala Lumpur

21.04.07 Let’s Go Green – we collected 1,700kg old newspapers and cash donation for the Beautiful Gates.

24.01.07 Jagun Tribe Flood Victims – made a cash donation for medication.

13.01.07 Co-operated with Hydro Majestic Hotel, Kuala Lumpur to conduct a linedance in support of the Breast Cancer Society.  Theme Dance: Heart of An Angel.
